Charlotte Elsner (a Skandiform designer) and Cecilia Dreyfert of Objecthood Design Team have been awarded an honorable mention in the City of Stockholm’s architecture competition “Mobile Pavilions.”
From the jury: “An interesting solitaire, an object with distinct shape. As a showroom or an exhibition hall the pavilion works beautifully. “
The competition was initiated by the City of Stockholm in cooperation with the Swedish Association of Architects. The aim was to develop a prototype for the city’s smaller buildings, such as hot-dog stands, terraces and information booths. It should revitalize the city’s public spaces with inspiring possibilities, functions and aesthetics.

In 2012 we initiated a major project that involves visiting our suppliers to communicate and discuss questions relating to working conditions, the work environment, the natural environment and anti-corruption measures.
Through a programme of follow-ups with action plans to rectify any shortcomings, we aim to achieve continuous improvement in these areas of our suppliers’ operations.
This year we have also carried out a sustainability analysis together with the consulting company, Askengren & Co. The sustainability analysis gives an indication of the areas in the ISO 26000 standard for social responsibility that the organisation has dealt with in a systematic way, and the areas where the organisation has the greatest potential to make improvements.
The result of the sustainability analysis shows that our strengths are in the areas of business control, human rights, working conditions and consumer issues. This corresponds well with the measures we have begun to implement together with our suppliers.
If you would like to know more about our sustainability work, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
